Rutracker does indeed have most of what I want! But Western children's cartoons are often absent. Got some on rarbg when it was still around and have no idea what are the major public trackers now in the West.

For the private ones - I absolutely can meet the requirements for seeding, I consistently have a decent ratio. But I've seen that some of the bigger ones require you to actually KNOW about media formats and such, and either require or soft-require you to add new content. And I have nothing to give but my bandwidth. I don't want to learn! I want to just leave my Raspberry Pi on and rack up
