I'm curious if the spy node activity is limited to one or many of Spruce Creek's IP blocks as some of their IP blocks have signs of IPXO (e.g. https://ipinfo.io/AS401476/87.229.79.0/24). So one hypothesis is the spy node operator is simply leasing IPs from Spruce Creek
